2.Limited License. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Cloudadword grants You a limited, non-exclusive, personal, non-transferrable, and revocable license to use the Website for its customary and intended purposes and subject to the terms of this Agreement. You understand and agree that Cloudadword reserves the right to terminate this Agreement and its associated license at any time, without prior notice, and within its sole and absolute discretion. Additionally, this limited license will terminate upon Your violation of any term of this Agreement or Your violation of any local, state, national, or international law or regulation.
