Our refund and cancellation policy is designed to ensure a clear and fair experience for all Cloud AdWord Studio users.

1. Subscription Billing

Plans are billed automatically based on the billing cycle chosen.

2. Cancellation of Subscription

You may cancel anytime. Cancellation stops future auto-renewal. You will retain access until the end of your current billing cycle.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are not provided for:

• Partial usage
• Remaining months in an ongoing subscription
• Add-ons that have already been consumed
Refunds may be considered only for billing errors or service access issues after review.

4. Trial Period

If a free trial is offered, charges begin automatically at the end unless cancelled before renewal.

5. Screen License Purchases

Screen licenses are prepaid. Cancellation does not result in refunds for unused days or months.

6. How to Cancel

You can cancel directly through the Cloud AdWord Studio app or via the app store/platform used for purchase.
